Omzato Accounting provides professional accounting and financial services, including but not limited to:
- Income Tax Return (ITR) filing for individuals and businesses.
- GST registration, monthly/quarterly filing, and compliance.
- Company registration (Private Limited, LLP, OPC, Partnership).
- Statutory and internal audit services (in partnership with licensed CAs where required).
- Bookkeeping and accounting using cloud-based tools such as QuickBooks Online.
- Business advisory, tax planning, and financial consulting.

Pricing
- Prices displayed on our website are indicative and serve as a starting reference for standard engagements.
- Final pricing is confirmed in writing (via WhatsApp or email) before the commencement of any engagement.
- Prices are subject to change. Updated pricing will be reflected on our website.
- All prices are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Additional charges may apply for services requiring complexity beyond the standard scope, which will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and accurate service delivery, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents required for the services.
- Share all necessary documents (PAN, Aadhaar, Form 16, bank statements, invoices, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Respond to queries and requests for clarification promptly.
- Maintain your own copies of all original documents shared with us.
- Inform us of any changes in your financial or business situation that may affect the services being provided.
- Ensure all information provided is legally obtained and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Service Delivery
- We aim to complete all services within the timelines communicated at the start of the engagement.
- Delays caused by government portal downtime, technical issues on third-party platforms, or incomplete or late documentation from the client are not our responsibility.
- All filings and submissions are completed accurately based on the information and documents provided by you.
- We will keep you informed of progress via WhatsApp and email throughout the engagement.
- Completion timelines are estimates and not guarantees, as they depend on factors beyond our control such as government portal processing times.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. This includes personal details, financial records, business information, and all documents shared with us.
- All data is handled in accordance with professional accounting standards and our Privacy Policy.
- Client information is only shared with government portals and regulatory authorities as required for service delivery.
- We do not disclose client information to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
- Our team members are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Limitation of Liability
- All services are provided in good faith and to the best of our professional ability, based on the information and documents you share with us.
- We are not liable for any penalties, interest, or adverse consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service in question.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- We are not responsible for changes in tax laws, government policies, or regulatory requirements that may affect the outcome of services already delivered.
Refund Policy
- A full refund will be considered if the service has not yet been initiated.
- No refund is available after a filing or submission has been made to any government portal on your behalf.
- For services that are partially completed, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion, proportional to the work not yet performed.
- Refund requests must be made via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of payment.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Communication
- WhatsApp is our primary mode of communication for day-to-day correspondence, document sharing, and quick queries.
- Email (hello.omzato@gmail.com) is used for formal correspondence, engagement confirmations, and detailed communications.
- Business hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We are available on WhatsApp after hours for urgent matters.
- We aim to respond to all WhatsApp messages within the same business day and to emails within 24 hours.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panchkula, Haryana, or the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
